President/CEO - Dr. Andrea P. Lowe is a small business owner and social entrepreneur with a diverse and cross-functional background in the nonprofit, corporate, small business, government, and academic sector. She has a Doctorate in Management, Master in Public Health, Bachelor in Social Science, and an Associate in General Studies. Dr. Lowe is a social/behavioral researcher, academic coach, mentor, subject matter expert, and adjunct faculty in leadership, management, public health and health care.
Dr. Lowe is an active member of the American Public Health Association (APHA) where she is an elected member of the APHA Nominations Committee, APHA Governing Council for Public Health Education and Health Promotion (PHEHP) Section, PHEHP Chair-elect, PHEHP Policy and Resolution Committee Chair, PHEHP co-Whip, Martha May Eliot Award Committee, PHEHP Abstract Reviewer, PHEHP Film Festival Reviewer, PHEHP Training Materials Reviewer, and PHEHP Conference Moderator.
Dr. Lowe is a graduate of the Harvard Kennedy School of Government Executive Program, a registered federal contractor, and a graduate of the Delta Regional Authority Delta Leadership Institute, FBI Citizens Academy, SBA Emerging Leader program, Urban League of Louisiana ULEAD, and GPOA Foundation Leadership Academy. She was a participant in the Louisiana Economic Development CEO Roundtables, Capital One Getting Down to Business Program, and an active member of several community organizations.
